Return & Exchange Policy – The House of Grandeur

At The House of Grandeur, we take pride in delivering fragrances that embody sophistication, confidence, and timeless elegance. To ensure a seamless experience, we have outlined our Return & Exchange Policy below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are only applicable if the product is 95% unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Any damage to the product will result in a deduction from the refund amount.
• The return must include both the main product and the 5ml sample inside the box.
• Products must be shipped back in our original packaging (as received). Returns sent in any other packaging will not be accepted.
• A copy of the invoice must be included, along with the reason for return.

Return & Exchange Process

• Customers must return products via a traceable courier or registered post at their own expense to our designated address.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned product in its original condition.
• Orders above Rs. 10,000 are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exceptions

• Tester Boxes (Sample Boxes) are non-refundable as they are solely intended for testing fragrances.
• If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide an exchange.
